No Win No Fee Debt Recovery is a service that can work along side your own credit control system, whilst giving you peace of mind that if the debt is not recovered there is no charge.

At SMWCC we believe that apart from the court costs (if we have to resort to legal action) no up-front charges or retainers fees are to be paid until the debt is recovered.

We use a combination of debt collection letters, phone calls and emails with your debtor to try and recover the debt without resorting to legal action.   We carry out payment plan negotiations, try to resolve any disputes, and basically try all methods of collecting to prevent us taking the final step of court action.

We provide a no-nonsense, honest and straight talking debt collection service keeping you informed of all progress until a result is reached.   We charge a percentage of the debt collected and on a basis of the age of the debt.   This covers all work carried out prior to legal action.   We can only start legal action for customers in England and Wales.

The debt recovery charges exclude court costs and employing a tracing agent; they only cover the service offered.   We regret we are unable to accept construction debts under this scheme but are happy to deal with them under our   Fixed Fee   service.
